I recently subscribed to the following thread:

I went to my CP page and this thread was not listed. Rather than listing this email a spam and preventing future notifications for other subscribed threads, please unsubscribe me from this thread. Thanks.

I can maybe delete all your subscriptions, but not just one. Other than that, we'll have to have IB look at why you can't unsubscribe yourself.
