Almost didn't include myself, as my list was 83% trailers. I feel guilty "winning" my own Challenge. I just got on a roll with them one weekend, and went trailer DVD/youtube compilation crazy.

I saw all the trailers in Giles list and that inspired me, so blame him if you don't like my list.
Hey, where did you get your list post picture?

Wow, had never seen Die Hard 2!
I love that you included the genres in your list. If I think of it and most people agree, maybe we can all do that next year and I'll have genre stats.

Has 7 posts in their DVDTalk history, and all of them are different Challenge list posts.
Hope you enjoyed your DVR marathon and stick around the forum.

Only post was about being under the weather.
Got a late start and still cracked 100 with no shorts!
I've always wanted to check out Veronica Mars. I imagine you'd give your recommendation?

Loved your idea/realization that Survivor and The Amazing Race count.
Reached 100 with 23 minutes to spare.

Really love the variety in your list.
How you stopped at 98 and didn't squeeze in two more shorts or trailers is beyond me. I almost gave you two of mine to put you at the century mark.

Should have been just a tie for 11th place, but I'm awarding you sole possession of it since you completed the checklist. I'm arbitrary.

When I grow up, I want to be Ash Ketchum. Not only does he have a cool name that makes me think of Alien and french fries, two of my favorite things, but he makes beautiful lists and is extremely knowledgeable on film.
Ash was the runaway winner of our best list contest, with a nearly unanimous victory.

Plan better next time and your post and watch counts can equal.
Envy you for several great first time viewings you had.
You win the Challenge Smart Aleck Award. Prize is the statistical analysis job for next year's Challenge.
And let's work on spicing up the formatting of your list, ok? ;)

The fact that this results thread looks almost exactly like your annual masterpieces is just a coincidence.
Envy your first time viewings of all the Dirty Harry films, you punk.

So many of you did what I've been saying was my impetus for starting this Challenge; watch all of the Dirty Harry films. I'm ashamed that my BD boxset still sits unopened.

Welcome new member!
But did we scare you off? All 6 viewings were done on the 1st, and by 6pm. So if we just assume they kept watching at that rate since then and haven't had time to post, this man's actual total is over 300. Great job Johnny!

I like to see that the Challenges are possibly bringing new blood into DVDTalk.
Perhaps the username is a reference to the three titles they watched.

I know, but I've been working on that post on and off for days, and wanted to save it before the forum crashed. Plus if I disappear before I finish it at least it's partially here.

Yeah, I have several drafts in notepad as well, but if I or my computer died I wanted the basics to be out there.
