DVD Talk website not loading in IE6

I happened to browse on a PC using IE6 and noticed that the DVD Talk website wouldn't load, only showing that "cannot display the webpage" message. I tried on two other PCs with IE6 and the same thing occured. I'm not really using IE6 myself, but I suppose it might confuse anyone who (stubbornly) do. Just thought I'd mention it.

IE6 users = boat anchors of the internet.... at least in my web developer perspective.

Regardless of why you would still be using it, IE6 works fine in the test I did for this site.

I normally don't use IE6, so this doesn't really matter to me.

I just figured I'd tell about it in case it might be of interest.

I've included a capture below, with the version of IE6 displayed. Nothing else comes up on screen when loading DVD Talk but the "page cannot...". Any other webpages loads just fine, the net connection is solid. I figured IE6 is the problem, since IE7 & IE8 works, but I could of course be wrong.

The error indicates that it could be a DNS Error. Try opening the Command Prompt and type:

ipconfig /flushdns

It isn't. Flushing the DNS makes no difference. Not even changing ISP.

But again. I don't need help fixing this. It's not my PCs, I don't run IE6, I don't really care about this problem. If you don't either, then all is jolly good.
