They were going to pay all the mods a salary, but they already had my info in the payroll department, so they just agreed to send all the money to me and I would disperse it amongst you guys. Strangely, though, I have yet to see a single paycheck from them. When I do, the other mods will be the first to know!

I think the big-ass Inetvideo banner is gone at the top. :up:

The weeds one really just needs a new graphic. IB needs to give size requirements to their advertisers if they are going to continue this.

(Pilot solves all of those annoyances though)

I think the higher-ups weren't opposed to the gigantic Inetvideo banner ad. However, upon realizing how lame the sale was, felt as if they couldn't keep it up any longer.

I haven't had any popups. The big ad at the top was really bad, but it looks like it's gone.

I don't recall no advertising being part of the premium membership, but it would be nice.

Yep. That wasn't included when we signed up, so there's no need to bitch about that.

However, if it won't be implemented as an option, then I definitely will not renew my premium membership. I was on the fence as it is since I only utilize the avatar feature, but I got the pop-ups yesterday and was a bit annoying. I think it'd be nice if the premium members could disable them in their control panel, though.

Non-premium members who want to snipe at those who paid for premium membership should create and post in their own thread. It'll be useful to have a list of names of those who like mixing it up. Any problems with that, please PM me as here isn't the place for it.

Netflix popunder - That should only be delivering to search traffic only - I'm looking into why any of you would ever see it. Please continue to post if you keep getting the popunder.

Ironweed - I've been waiting for the new logo for quite a while and will replace it promptly - I'll try and bring it down in the interrum,

INet Video - For the stores bigger sales we do these custom header takeovers a lot but almost always only to search traffic. Celebrating their sponsorship of DVD Bargains we wanted to give them something special (its running again tomorrow fyi) and Inet is going to be a great addition to our contests for all of you and they are all about giving you contests you have better chances to win - such as one we're doing in a few weeks for 100 DVD winners. I think you guys will be happy with some of the new giveaways and additional contest the site will have in the near future.

And please feel free to continue to let us know what you dont like and also what you WOULD like to add - we want to keep this community as strong as it always has been and respect your desires - afterall without you guys there wouldnt be a DVDTalk!
