I've never been pro subscription-based memberships before and that isn't going to change and I think most people would feel the same way. I don't mind putting up with ads. If there are a few people here that would pay for some minor priviledge then more power to them.

I want the super-premium membership, where I can insult people, and slap their faces with my virtual dick.

He said virtual. He's trying to reduce the smudges on his screen.

count me in!
So will these weekly bannings be subject to rollover? If I save up my weekly bannings for a year can I clean house at the end of December?

When does this witty banter begin?

yes. each week you will be issued a banning token.. at any time, these tokens can be turned in for one non member banning per token.
You can only save up to 10 of these tokens at a time
If you collect up tokens, you can use 5 tokens to ban another premium member, or 8 to ban a mod.

if you want a custom title.. you just have to insult a mod
that has always worked well in the past

*edit: I can't believe that word is forum censored. I thought we were adults here.
I'm pretty sure the mods had good reason to do so, due to a couple of unfortunate forum incidents in the past.

I'm interested to hear the features/cost... I don't sign up for premium stuff around the web, but since this is my #1 site I may consider it.

I wonder if this 'premium' membership is all a big ploy to get Danol back to us...I hear this is what he's been waiting for.

Grabbed a coupon out of my trash can (it was practically over the rim) the other day and thought of him.

A feature I'd really love is not having my threads closed after 1000 posts. What an archaic practice!

Every time you use these banning tokens, you you then get the choice of earning an upgrade, or shopping token?

As long as I don't have to start paying to do what I have been doing for free, I have no problem with it.

This forum is fun, but not worth money.

Sounds like a great idea! So we get extra stuff that doesn't matter for a fee during a recession. Of course maybe you take away a lot of the rights people already have here and tell them for a fee they can do whatever.

I'm not sure I see a win for anybody in this.
