Has "G!" ever authorized you to speak for him? It seems about every post of yours (while hilarious) has something to do with you telling us what "G!" thinks about this or that.

I'm sure if "G!" has some issue with the removal, he'll contact the right people. Meanwhile, H!, carry on with your veiled threats of pursuing legal action.

Well, I don't know. The thing with CircuitCity and Speedy seem to have blown over and Speedy's still posting ads.

I don't speak for him, and I have clearly stated that on numerous occasions, but I maintain the right to speak up about topics such as this. As one of the few people that is actively involved as a contributor to both websites, it's fair to say that I get information from both sides. If some of you don't like that, by all means set my account on ignore, but you don't exactly see a rash of IB executives posting here any more than you did G! regarding advertising campaigns or complaints. I know this might go over your head but I didn't tell you what he thinks or what action he will take; only what I suspect he'll do if his contract is broken (as he has in the past without fanfare, piling up more victories than losses).

Contrary to the premature celebrating by some, most of the adult links to Xcritic remain on DVD Talk, rather conspicuously at that, and given the extensive discussions recently about toning down the NSFW material, it seems highly likely that if IB could legally do so, they'd have removed every last link to the porn website (as some of you have repeatedly begged for).

PS: They're a team of highly skilled pirate lawyers, not ninja lawyers... sheesh! ;)

Putting you on ignore would be missing out on all of the pure gold comedy. And does anyone from IB ever post here? I don't think they care much what happens here, as long as they can put up some ads and whatnot.

I know this might go over your head but...
I lol'd.

Really pathetic how a small number of vocal members can force a change like this. Way to support the guy who spent 9 years making this place what it is.
