Private Message wait time

60 seconds to send more than one pm seems a bit ridiculous. Is there any way to get this changed? I hate having to wait when I'm trying to respond to multiple pms. If someone has already posted about this, I apologize.

I empathize, but it's a pretty good spam deterrent.
