Target Banner Ad: Design For All - downloads images repeatedly

This new ad from Target is really getting annoying. It's downloading several images for it's clickable ad thingy. It should just take the images from my IE temp folder but it continually refreshes for EVERY page I go to. Which means I'm getting a shitload of NEW images due to the nature of the auto-update ad.

Just look at the lower-left of your IE browser and you'll see a shitload of images and whatever else downloading. Don't really care if anyone is keeping track of my experiences or buying habits, but downloading images repeatedly can wreak havoc on a person's IE folder after time, not to mention it's a pain in the ass when you go from page to page.
