Why has Black Friday info been banned?

I'm not sure.For instance,Wal mart has their official ad out on their website,but we're not allowed to talk about it.

if the ad is on the retailer/e-tailer website, it's free to talk about.. if it's NOT on their webpage or been distributed in newspapers, then it can't be discussed.
