Why can't I get past the first post?
 

Sometimes when i click on a thread I can't get past the first post. IE sais its even done loading. It stops right before the advertisments.

I don't know. I've seen delays, but not regularly.

But then, you'll probably never see this.

there must be a reason. I noticed that this thread took 2-3 minutes to finally show the ads and your response. Other threads just seem to never open. Like I said IE show DONE in the bottom.

I still don't know. I do see some slowdowns with the ads loading but not that severe.

I suppose you could temporarily turn on ad-blocking to see if they're the problem. Of course you wouldn't see any function icons either that way.

Are you using a router? If so reset it.
