Edit a thread title?
 

How do you edit your thread title?

I started a thread in TV Talk and tried to edit the thread title. When I hit "Edit", I simply change the title, but it doesn't appear changed in the forum thread listing. When I hit edit again, the title is still changed on the edit screen. It is also changed on my acutal post, but not on the thread title(at the top).

Just wondering if this is a known bug or standard functionality (or if I'm doing something wrong).

It is standard functionality.

After you post the new thread you should have 5 minutes during which you can edit the title. After that, the thread's title can only be changed by a moderator. Email one if it's important to change it.

Sheesh, I've been here over five years and didn't know I could edit a thread title!
