Hello there,

Recently I tried to register to your Amazon STL system, but ran into a problem.
I stated my situation in the STL forum here: http://www.dvdtalk.com/forum/showthr...5&pagenumber=5
but seems no one can help me??

For some reason I just can't receive the password e-mail to activate my account, I tried it once when I registered, I tried again on the next day by using "forgot password", still nothing.
And I'm sure I used the correct e-mail same as my Amazon.

And it seems someone else had the same problem couple days ago, so I wonder maybe this is a bug in the STL system?
Can someone please help me, thanks!!

Same problem for me.

This happens very intermittently... i have yet to find out why. For now, just email me from the account you signed up with, and i will email you your password.
