Because men don't bitch about how offended they are when they see those words.

Testing:

Think I'll start another James Bond DVD marathon this weekend. It should include Octopussy.

Personally, I've got a bit of a problem with this change. I think the PG-13 version of fuck is marginally OK ("Fuck it!", "Fuck yeah"), but I really don't think that the sexual activity version should be allowed ("I want to fuck your sister", "So, last night I was fucking my girlfriend").

Truth be told, unfiltering it has pretty much deemed this entire site as "Not safe for work".

Not a big fan of the change. Thumbs down to the word "Fuck" being allowed on the forum.

I also don't like this change. Seems like a lot of people are using it just because they can, and it enters every thread and basically knocks the whole system down a notch in class. I hope the powers that be reconsider.

Me three. It may be just a temporary thing because it's suddenly been allowed, but the widespread fucktalk has brought down the tone of the Other forum. I know this makes me sound like a prig. But obscenity is the sound of people talking without thinking, and here it makes the forum a poorer place.

I think it'll die down with time. Just like shit, when it was uncensored.

testing...

proof

more proof

need more proof

I need more poodle

I need more proof

...end testing

That's pretty funny, but apparently it can be defeated by adding an extra space between the words.

I also don't like the change. It is used far too often.....pretty much every thread.

maybe we should let posters say it once in a 24 hour period.

that would make people think twice about whether or not they REALLY want to use up their daily allotment.
