I don't know if it's just me, but the text of the review layers over the ratings panel, obscuring the links.

It's doing it for me too. I think it's from the use of tables in the body of the review.

That was my initial reaction too. I did a quick skim of the source before posting this thread and noticed more opens than closes. I didn't delve into it any further than that, though.
