How Long is a Member SUSPENDED for?
 

Simple question. If you're suspended from this forum, how long does it last for? Yes, I miss danol. That is why I'm asking.

Danol got suspended? Hmmm well shit happens. I'm guessing you'd get more of a response in the Feedback forum.

I'm guessing the suspensions are variable. When I was suspended it lasted until I could get someone to respond to my request for reinstatement -- about four months.

If I got suspended, I would never join in again...

Every once in a while I see a user I knew with the Suspended under their name, and I always rush to the feedback forum to find out why. There is never an answer :(

I was suspended for having multiple usernames -- just had trouble finding one I liked.

Danol is probably happy watching his 7.4 movies per day. In fact, with less time to post on this site, he now has more time to watch even MORE movies...

Out of curiosity on this topic, how does one know that another user has been suspended??

Suspension is for wuss. The admins should do away w/ suspension and go straight to banned.

I wish people would read for a change.

I would say that suspension is just another way of saying "You need to sit back for a good week and think about whatever it is you did or are doing and reconsider the approach you want to do that in. one week (or whatever time span) later, you will be back and able to enjoy the forum again. no need to make an issue out of it. it's not like he was banned.
