How can I become a moderator?

I am interested in becoming a moderator for this site. I may seem new, i'm not. I am a member on this other site called www.lamer.tv It's forums are also powered by VBulletins. I am good at controlling people and have gotten many references about becoming a mod. on Gamer! Please reply back, thanks.
