Thanks to the Mods and Admins!
 

I was just over in the DVD Talk section, reading over a long thread by Static Cling concerning threadcrapping. (You can click here to read it yourself.) Several mods and admins participated in the discussion, and it was clear to me that they had given the matter a great deal of thought -- they went to a great deal of trouble to explicitly answer all of the posted questions, and they did a good job of thoroughly covering the topic.

Anyway, it just made me think about the great job that all of the mods and admins -- unpaid volunteers all -- do on this forum. While many of them hold personal opinions that I disagree with, I have never seen an instance where they have acted with anything less than total professionalism.

I just want to say thank you to all of the mods and admins here at DVDTalk. You do a great job, and are very much appreciated.

Now, before I get slammed for excessive brownnosing, I'm just going to mosey on along...

don't forget to dust your knees off too... :p

Can't anyone make a compliment without getting crap from another member! It's a lot easier for someone to bitch about something than compliment so joking or not, I don't want people to bag on posters who actually thank the hardworking people of the site for doing something!

my thanks to the mods too. they have a tough job. and are underappreciated.

I do have to agree that the mods and admins do a great job around here. Well, except for that heimerSWF guy. What a Tool. -wink-
