E-mail notification to subscribed threads not working
 

Howdy,

Over the past two weeks or so, I've only been sporadically receiving e-mail notifications to my subscribed threads. I have my "Use 'Email Notification' by default?" option set to yes, but the problem is still happening.

Part of the trouble may be that I'm actually not getting subscribed to the threads I post in. If I go up to UserCP and click on Subscribed Threads, it doesn't even list all of the threads I've posted in today. For example, the "Any Gun Otters" thread doesn't show up there, and I've yet to receive an e-mail update for it.

I'm fairly certain it's not a cookie issue. I just reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled my OS this weekend, and the problem has been happening since before then.

Is it just me having this problem?

Actually, for quite a while I got no notifications, now I'm starting to get them again, but nowhere near as many as the threads I'm posting in. I'm still cookied, like you. I wonder if they changed it so it only sends it when your _post_ is replied to, not your _thread_. But that doesn't seem right either, because I've gotten some that weren't direct replies to my posts. Maybe your post has to be no more than X days old? Otherwise, the system would be sending out zillions of emails....
