I love dvdtalk & it's members !
this is without a doubt the best site on the net!!!!!!


I have never had any problems on here and everyone is polite. i join many other forums but not one has the maturity and genuine people dvdtalk has. the mods are fair and make it very enjoyable. people on this forum actually have something to add to this site unlike other forums.

I joined in 1999 and hope dvdtalk is around till i die. kudos to you all. great job!!!!! great people!!!!

Sorry, that maturity thing really got to me.

I agree, though. While I've had my issues with particular people over the years, 99% of the time this place is a positive experience. Most sites would be lucky to hit 75%.

Agree! I never find another site which is being so warm and kind to another while having a large number of member.

I lurked for about a year until 9/11. Re-reading the archived breaking news thread from that day brings back the rollercoaster of emotions we all felt. The raw shock and horror is still there.

I guess that day kept me coming back. Good people sharing a horrible experience will cement a common bond.
