I think forum jump drop-down menu should be moved.
 

I think a better place would be right above or below where it says "moderated by ..." instead of it being so on top of the page.

It just seems more convenient. I don't know if you put it there for a particular reason but it makes you scroll a lot more than you need to.

Any thoughts?

I think its fine where it is now, but i'll like to add that I think the top of the page is too bloated. It is rather annoying having to scroll down a whole page to read a thread.
