usually mods do a good job at this, but if a thread is closed due to it being a repost, can you make SURE that the original thread is linked. I only say this because andycapps closed one recently, and couldn't find the original due to the limitations of the search engine.

Good idea. Just curious, if the thread's closed, could you still use the report to mod link for help?

If it's the thread I'm thinking of, it was already closed when I found it. Since the last two posts were "Re-post" and "Repost", I thought it needed one more "Re post". ;)

I generally do post a link to the original thread, if someone else hasn't beat me to it.
