so how do i get pic's on my posts
 
so tried put'n pic's of my finished audio shelves/racks on my posts but did'nt take, so hows is it done?

You need to have the url of where the picture is hosted. Many public ones like geocities won't work. Then surround the url with the img tags [img]www.myurl.com{/img] (change the { to a [, that is the only way I could show it)

i tried it with myfamily.com site, the pics and links showed up on my post, but others stated that pics and links did'nt work.

Some sites will not allow remote linking. You can see them because the image is in your cache, but others will not see them.

I highly recommend getting your own cheap site, but there are some free sites still out there.

Huh? Its free and you don't have to register. :)

Click the UPLOAD button on the left of my link and upload the file. It will give you a web address of tthe pic's location. Copy and paste with the [Iimg] tags the link from the "http....com".

Type that and replace the middle part with the address to your pic
