I cant find this Newhere! How do you become senior Members etc...

Ok, this may be a really stupid question, i know like right know im a member, but then you see like senior member, dvd special edition, platinum addition and things like that, I think its about like how many posts you have or something like that but how many do you need for each one, This has always seemed to grap my attention?

If you don't have anything good to say, say something stupid. Your post count goes up a lot quicker that way, and that, my friend, is the secret.

Incidentally, this is one of the two threads stickied to the top of the Feedback Forum. That thread and the "Newcomer Help" thread stickied to the top of the DVD Talk "Main" forum have a wealth of information for newcomers to read.

Ouch.

It's ok, don't feel stupid. I wouldn't have seen the FAQ, either.

I think you have to personally pay off the mod's and admin's. I mean they do a hard enough job as it is ;)

Ok, the basic run down is.. don't pad your post count to get a name change. the changes are to far and wide for any padding to really do any good to it. :p

remember, people will remember who you are by how you say things and how often they see your name with quality post. if they see you posting junk all the time you will be seen in that light. So remember, quality not quantity.

coming from me, thats just odd..
