How do I change my personal profile to include an email address?

Top right of every screen has a row of buttons. Click on User CP (stands for Control Panel) and then select Edit Options from the text links spanning the middle of the screen. On this window, there's a Hide Email option...just set it to no, and that should do it for you.

Click the user cp buttion, then click on the edit options link. Next to hide e-mail address?, click the circle next to no. That's it.
