sign in problem

To any moderator's, members etc...
why is that I can log on and reply to this forum for a time, then suddenly I can no longer do so as it says I am unregistered! this is getting to be P.I.A.! why won't the forum keep my info for too long. Has this happened to anyone else? what am I doing wrong??

I think that this is addressed is the FAQ thread a little above this one at the top of the forum.
