Weird error message
I got this message when I tried to view the main Talk forum. A minute later everything went back to normal.
Warning: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (111) in /usr/local/apache/sites/dvdtalk.com/htdocs/forum/admin/db_mysql.php on line 38 There seems to have been a slight problem with the database. Please try again by pressing the refresh button in your browser. An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, who you can also contact if the problem persists. We apologise for any inconvenience. |
The whole forum was down for about an hour. Everything seems to be back at full steam now, though. :)

Everything should be up and running. We had an unplanned outage to install a new rack
