Why won't Cust Service respond??????
I placed my order in January for the 40 DVD's and the DVD player and magazine. I have requested an update on the status of the order 3 Times. Customer service just ignores.
Was this a rip off or a real deal????? Do I have to get the FTC to investigate the site??? I am not a trublemaker, I just want answers, just like anyone else that spent $100 and gets nothing in return. RickB |
It might help to define which site you are referring to. I assume from the content of your post that you are referring to Total Movie. Have you reviewed the threads in the Store Forum about Total Movie? There is a contact there that I would suggest you try, not just customer service.
