Uploading images?

i have a smallish jpg that i would like to upload. how do i do that? (if i can do that... i do not have a website to host it on, though..)

If you're wanting to use an image in a post, you need to use another site for the hosting. Then you just make a link in your post which refers to the site where your image is hosted.
