I like that Geoff treats this site/forum like it is partially the member's construction. He is, therefore, very good at listening to us and the many concerns we have. You're doing an excellent job.

Why are we sucking up today? I have no problem with it, and I love the site. It's just that I'm wondering if anything has happened recently to inspire this bit of butt-kissing. So?

As someone that runs a bulletin board I can say it's a thankless job. People generally take it for granted. Just because it's free for you doesn't mean it's free for the person running it. A lot of money, time, and frustration are put into it.

So once in a great while when someone tells you that you've done a great job and that they appreciate your efforts it really means a lot.

Geoff, this is a great site, especially for the number of members you have. Which says a lot for your moderators, they do an excellent job as well.

I've spent a heck of a lot of time at this forum over the last two and a half years so I think it's safe to say Geoff is doing something right. ;)
