I restarted apache and MYSQL let me know if that doesn't fix it.

No change. Not sure what is different on my end to cause this. I will try deleting the cookies and starting over.

I just went in and made sure the time was set correctly

Geoff, it's been a day and all is well now.
In review, I had changed my password and that seemed to cause the cookie problem. Using the clear cookies link http://dvdtalk.com/forum/member.php?s=&action=logout from ctyner that benedict posted solved it. |
I also did a reboot of the server about 5 mins ago, which for some reason seems to always clear up people's cookie problems...
C - is for cookie... it's good enough for me :) |
test, this should read 2:20pdt
Edited to add: And should have been the last post in the thread. I think you're right about the time change. |
Is it just me, or did we just go back to DST?
|
Since the last reset, now my cookies evidently go away -- have to re-login each time I enter the forum. Not only that, but the "you want to save the password?" box keeps popping up, even though I clicked yes each time.
I checked my member settings, and nothing has changed. Edited to add: I've cleared out my cookies, and everything seems OK now. Never had to do that before, though. |
