I have only been a member for a very short time but I have saved around 50% on my dvd perchance I have made this month, but I get confused some times when reading posts because I don’t have a glossary of terms :-

I gathered that
Bb – Blockbusters
Cc – credit card
Gc – gift certificate

But what does

B&m and sol mean.

SOL = Sh!t out of luck

FWIW - For what it's worth
IIRC - If I recall correctly
YGM - You've got mail
AYBABTU - All your base are belong to us
IBTL - In before the lock
OOP - out of print
***** - rebates minus the r ;)

And some terms

lurker - one who benefits from DVD Talk without giving back or posting
troll - one who lives under a bridge and takes out his or her rage by belittling other DVD Talk users and/or their opinions
Shaggy - someone who posts a lot of embellished stories and is banned

Get used to see things being refered to as "is suck", "are suck" and suckekeke that's what we call "Other Speak"/slang
