I think this is a bad move on there part, as Streaming and DVD's can coincide with each other, I think it's a bad move for people to get rid of there DVD's because of streaming and here are some of the reasons why you may regret at least not keeping your favorite movies and TV shows on DVD:
- Censorship
-No longer part of line up on service
-Digital versions purchased- now streaming channel is defunked, no longer can view
-Subscriptions keep rising
-Internet is down
-missing episodes or seasons
-Changes and removals due to copyright expirations (Music, a good example would be WKRP)
- OOP or import DVD's that will never be on streaming
- Movies or TV shows too niche to be on streaming
