- If you've already voted, no problem. Just remember there's been quite a few additions added recently, so please recheck the suggestions list on post 6 periodically. Occasionally new theme suggestions are added after voting starts.
- There's no limit to how many times you can vote, or how many themes you can vote for. The only "rule" is one vote per theme. You can do it in this thread, or if you prefer privately - PM or via email. Makes no difference to me.
- Also, keep in mind that some themes have unfinished or better lists/links coming. One such example is the Horror Documentaries / Film Historian Approved theme, which will be cleaned up with hyperlinks directing to the main thread later if chosen.
- Certain themes might have to be combined with another theme or two if they don't provide enough titles.
- And finally, don't hesitate to share any last-minute suggestion submissions, which brings me back to what was said earlier -- recheck the list periodically.

Theme list reveal on Tuesday night (8/10).
Trying something new this year. Since we've been moving at a slower pace due to the forum being a little less active than it used to be, I'll be skipping the additional voting/elimination rounds and going straight to revealing the entire themes list on the aforementioned date. Any ties will be settled by the usual methods of random.org and, of course, David Lynch's jar (yes, seriously).
I know there's still a few that intended to vote that haven't yet, so that'll give you a little extra time to do so. Also don't forget there's no limit to how many times you can vote, just as long as it's one vote per theme. Anyway, going this route will put us back on schedule (3 days ahead of last year), and then we can then move right on to the subset picking.
10 subset spots still need filling, BTW.

The Annual Building of the 31 Film Subset Starts Here!
The subset list is comprised of 33+ films (one for each day of the month w/ a person assigned to each + two crossover themes decided by group vote) with their own individual discussion threads. It syncs with theme nights.
1. Look over the theme nights list on post #7. When making your selection it's always a good idea to have a few backup choices that sync with several themes because a) someone may have already claimed your subset suggestion and b) there's no guarantee your first suggestion will make the final cut if several others have picks with the same themes attached.
2. Before making your selection(s) avoid repeats by checking what we've used in previous years, and there's plenty of ways to do that:

Make sure your picks are readily accessible by avoiding OOP and extremely hard-to-find titles. Streaming isn't mandatory, but it does help to reach a wider audience. And if you are aware of a streaming link, please provide it when posting your picks.
