So I know I’m silly and tend to overdue things related to Challenges, but if I had thought ahead, today would be a bonus day. Sort of like Friday the 13ths in October are now bonus counting days for the annual Horror Challenge. But maybe only for the film Groundhog Day and films/shows with related time aspects. Heck, why not, right?

Thanks bacigalup ! I知 fairly confident in getting responses from ntnon, Cardsfan111, and Dimension X, but it looks like CrazyMat left the forum over three years ago. I致e PMed and emailed them, with no response yet. They値l have a few more days, but I値l go ahead and announce the randomizer backup options. Next up will be malazar and then BobO'Link. If you two want to get picks ready to go, I知 fairly positive at least malazar will get a prize.
Other housekeeping, I think I値l just go with last time痴 limited theme days and checklist, let me get them in here back in post two, hopefully in the next few minutes. But feel free to correct me or suggest additions or changes. Nothing needs to be fully locked in for another 3 weeks I guess.

Have heard from only one of the five winners so far, does randomizer.org have to go back to work?

I guess you only get a chance to do this challenge every 4 years, so I better get on the bandwagon! I have seasons of Time Tunnel as well and have never got around to watching any of it.
My list will go here!
Damn! Missed it!

Only two picks in, and we need these 2016 picks settled this week, that will maybe give GoldenWheels time to ship your items in time to watch for this year痴 Challenge.

Since we've only got 3 days and change for this Challenge I thought I'd do some leg-work ahead of time so as to not waste time during the challenge. For TV episodes I haven't bothered with low-hanging fruit like the Star Treks, Quantum Leap, Continuum, Doctor Who, etc... Doesn't mean I won't watch an ep; just haven't listed any eps because they're too obvious. Listed all the movies I could think of off the top of my head. The lists aren't meant to be comprehensive by any stretch, it's mostly stuff I have easy access to.

Well... here are some more movies:
Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure
The Planet of the Apes (1968 & 2001)
Beneath the Planet of the Apes
Escape from the Planet of the Apes
Time Bandits
12 Monkeys
All of the Terminator movies
Edge of Tomorrow
Back to the Future, II, III
Men in Black 3
Idiocracy
Looper
Free Birds
OK... it's easier to just use this IMDB Advance search:
https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?t...l&ref_=adv_prv
There are a few I might question (not fully time travel involved but just a passing scene or two) but most qualify without reservation.

Those participating in the current romance/musicals challenge can double-count with titles like
About Time
The Time Traveler’s Wife
Somewhere in Time
Midnight in Paris

Prizes are close to being sorted out.
I have picks from bacigalup, BobO'Link, and Cardsfan111, and a pending pick from Dimension X.
CrazyMat appears to have left the forum in 2016 (but they left a winner!), malazar hasn’t visited in over a year, and ntnon in almost a month. None have responded to emails and PMs. I hate to cut them off, since the four year delay was my fault, but really think it’s best to close these 2016 prizes out ASAP. If any of those three pop into this Challenge I’ll make them an automatic winner in the 2020 prizes. So randomizer.org has picked another backup winner, davidh777. So if Dimension and David could get me their prize choices today, I’ll send all 5 selections out to HamiltonBooks and hopefully you’ll get your selections in time for the Challenge.

So my brain isn’t awake enough to fully understand this, but it takes 26 hours for all 38 different time zones around the world to start a day. For example, this link shows when 2021 starts around the world.
https://www.timeanddate.com/counters/firstnewyear.html
So one could maximize their participation in any Challenge by being in the Christmas Islands region at the beginning, then sliding over towards American Samoa before the end. You can add 26 hours to a Challenge! If I ever win a billionish lottery, I’m making this happen someday.

So... I selected S1 of 12 Monkeys. The movie is a favorite but I've never seen the series. Any thoughts?

Wow! Like an hour after I sent you the 5 addresses! We are so blessed to have a sponsor like Hamilton Book! Here is a link to the current price cuts.
Currently contemplating an order of some of their nicely priced 3D BDs now....
I知 interested to know too, but will likely end up watching my copy of the series no matter what. The movie is probably in my top 20 of all-time.
