3. Some images have been slightly altered.
4. International posters are often used.
5. There's a few repeats from past banners.
6. Some are outside the horror genre, and those can be used as well.

Everyone that gets at least 10 correct answers will be entered into a drawing and Random.org will decide the outcome.

That's one of my favorite horror movies! I rewatch it and Horror Express every year. I'm hoping there's a good sale so I can pick up the Shout Factory BD.

I went to see Zombieland: Double Tap in a packed theater, and the crowd loved it! It's a lot of fun, but I felt that it dragged in places. I think it's sometimes difficult to judge movies when there's a near perfect example of a genre with which to compare it. I love Shaun of the Dead so much and most zombie comedies don't measure up to it. (Not that I think either Zombieland is necessarily interested in replicating that comedic tone of Shaun.)

Late to respond , but I wanted to add my name to the Lin Shaye fan club. She's been in several of my challenge films this year: The Final Wish and Critters!

I'm finishing up the Simpsons Treehouse of Horrors episodes and about to start watching the Roseanne Halloween shows. I loved those episodes growing up.

Woah, I won one of the large packs?! First time for that I think, sweet! Thanks Chad, GoldenWheels, randomizer, and for the congrats. I’m afraid I want the House Jacob, but if I end up buying the box set I’ll let you know. I’ll send you a PM tonight Rich. Pretty sure I have a couple of those already so maybe I’ll let you keep them for yourself or include them in another winner’s package.

Congratulations Trevor! Well deserved.

How the heck did I mix up my themes last night? Watched Audition last night with one of the Arrow commentaries. Isn't there some wildcard should you miss a movie on the the specific night?

The specific films can be watched on any day.

For theme night compliance, you’re supposed to watch anything that fits that broad theme for the 24(36?) hour period.

I think we decided that 9/30, 11/01, and theatrical are all wildcards on theme nights and subsets. So one could be out of town or in a coma for three days and still qualify for completing the themes and subset for the month. Chad?

Do you mean the Arrow release? I don't recall Shout Factory doing one for that title.

I have a copy of the Severin BR release and have been wondering if the Arrow release is enough of an improvement to spring for a copy. The Severin one is quite good.

Congratulations Trevor. Always glad to see a good friend win.

Looking forward to some Challenge viewing today. Been a generally bad day, so planning to relax with horror.

Went to Cedar Point HalloWeekends this weekend. Didn't get any viewing in (other than the Simpsons after we got home) but I got in a lot of "Halloween-ing" LOL. I figured I'll add the events as one Wild Card entry.

I love Halloween events. A couple weeks ago I went to a neighbor’s farm for a haunted hay ride. And I’ve watched a few shows about extreme Halloween attractions. One of which was a haunted house at a real haunted place, Eastern State Penitentiary. Today when I was at the hospital with my mom, and I watched Halloween Craziest . One of my favorite segments of the show was a Zombie paintball hay ride.

Good to hear. I've caught a few of his Al Adamson commentaries on Dracula vs Frankenstein and Satan's Sadists(?) that were really informative. In fact, they were more entertaining than the actual movies. But that set's great, and looking forward to opening the Blood Island one since I've only seen Terror is a Man.

That is correct, sir. I really should state that on the actual table because I often forget myself.

Whoops! I meant the Shout! BD of The Legend of the 7 Golden Vampires. I have the Severin BD of Horror Express and have been wondering the same thing about the Arrow BD.

The J-lo one? Psychological thriller and sci-fi thriller listed as genres, close enough I’d say.

It's listed as horror in most places, including imdb, so I'd see no reason why it wouldn't count.

Not having my finest year in terms of quantity, but so far everything has been a first-time viewing for me. I guess I'll shoot to keep that going.
