www.sleevecityusa.com is where I go to get my DVD cases as they have them available in a multitude of formats.

IMHO they're not "cheap" anywhere, especially once shipping has been added.
As often as not I can go to Big Lots, purchase a discounted DVD/BR, dump the movie disc(s), and keep the case just as inexpensively as doing "one off" type purchases. I sometimes stock up when they have stuff really marked down for clearance (3-4 times per year) and get spare "cases" for $.50 or less each.

shipping prices at sleevecityusa website are pretty cheap. Especially USPS Media Mail shipping 3 bucks something.
Way cheaper than paying 20 to 22 bucks for an empty DVD case at amazon where shipping is like 10 bucks

You do realize that the listings on Amazon are for multiple cases right? They aren’t charging $20 for an individual case. Looks like they range anywhere from 25-100 cases.

I used to use Polyline 'back in the day', when I was buying tons of VHS cases, and later, DVD ones. The thing with Polyline is you make out better buying multiple cases (100 or 200 to the case), but that's the same anywhere.
In more recent years, I have used Super Media Store, since they also sell reasonably-priced blank media, so it's not too hard to qualify for free shipping.
The bottom line is, though, in general, if you're not buying full cases (from anywhere, not just these guys), you will be paying more per-piece. If you have the room, I'd say buy full cases, unless you're 100% certain you'll never use 100 (or 200) of them.
Now, for multi-disc cases (3 discs or more), I've found that some eBay sellers seem to be the best, especially for quantities less than 100. I'd recommend sorting by 'price plus shipping' and just see where the best 'deals' occur (usually, at the price point where one seller is offering a lot more cases for the same price as others are charging for less, say, paying the same price for 25 that others are charging for 10).

If anybody is in the market for MegaPack cases, not only do no North American companies appear to sell them, but the most reasonable prices are direct from a German dealer! Madness, but not unexpected. I've started contemplating looking at new, cheapo disk sets just for the MegaPack case...but steering clear of those Mill Creek sets with the disks in paper sleeves.

Yeah, about the biggest cases I seem to be able to find reasonably-priced are 10 to 12-disc cases. No "Epik-Pak" cases.

Anybody know where I can find a two-disc black eco Blu-Ray case? I need a replacement case for a film that came with the 15-disc Complete Halloween Collection set.
