Just one more!
Still need address info from numbercrunch.
I even dusted off the old OHMC Google+ account to contact you.
Remember, the deadline is 11/15.
There's still time for those who haven't let me know.

^Thanks.
Just a heads up that all the addresses have been sent off, and a PM was sent to Seth for the Diabolik GC winner. I also got an update from Cult Epics saying the VHS limited sets will be sent to the warehouse at the end of the month, so a bit earlier than the original date given.

I didn't post most of the beers I drank for the challenge this year, but rest assured there were plenty.
One interesting thing that I have noticed as both a result of this challenge and as being a cheapskate; I sometimes have to buy the beers for this in 4-6 packs, and while I do enjoy a nice brew I am not a crazy beer swilling maniac. So I will frequently save a few beer for next challenge, to save money on my October acquisitions.
For next year:
I have been doing this for a few years now and I have got so say it has this unusually delicious effect on said beers. For anyone interested I would recommend grabbing some of these October staples and storing until the next challenge.

Always look forward to and enjoy reading your October seasonal beer reviews, Sterling Ben. It's one of my favorite aspects of the Halloween challenge.

So, I don’t want to be “that guy” but it just occurred to me that I never received my Challenge prize in the mail. Then I realized that normally everybody is all on here talking about what they got and saying thanks, but I haven’t seen anything from anybody.
Anyone?
Anyone?

I didn't receive anything, either. But I also didn't necessarily want to be "that guy". Truth be told, I'm still kind of in the dark as to what I was supposed to get, anyway.

To take advantage of this bump, what holiday horror have you all been enjoying? Doing a triple feature on Shudder tonight, and it’s going from mediocre to great.
Christmas Presence is a fairly low budget indie Shudder exclusive made this year that has an interesting supernatural bent, but fairly unlikable characters and weak dialogue. Not entirely worthless, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to watch it.
All the Creatures Were Stirring is an even lower budget 2018 Shudder exclusive indie. It’s an anthology and is quite quirky. Oddly charming, with one short that could be expanded to a great feature, but I can see many hating it.
I forgot that Follow, a bizarre little tale and one of my favorite blind views from a few years back was set at Christmas.

Well, that's not good. I immediately sent off an email after seeing this late last night. Still waiting to hear something, but I'll report back when I do. While I do have my suspicions, I have no clue what's going on either.
Just for the record, I don't reveal that to anyone. Element of surprise!

I really enjoyed the Norwegian killer Santa flick Christmas Blood. It's basically a gorier Christmas-themed Halloween set during a blizzard. Has an impressive synth score.
Slay Belles was a light-hearted B-movie romp with some Santa (Barry Bostwick!) vs. Krampus action. Had a fun time with it.
And a couple of no budget indies - Mercy Christmas and Secret Santa. Both just alright; nothing memorable.

Don't forget Joe Bob's live Christmas marathon is on Shudder tonight. Some rumors are saying he'll be showing the Silent Night, Deadly Night films.

We have unseasonably warm temps here so I have put off my Christmas Horror viewing because it just feels weird watching Christmas movies when it's 60 degrees and rainy. It should be chilly on Christmas Day so I'm going to try to watch some combination of the following: Christmas Evil, Black Christmas, Silent Night, Deadly Night, Krampus.

Joe Bob channel is warming up with Black Christmas.
Chad, where’d you find/watch that trio you just mentioned?

All streaming on Prime Video, with the last two free for Prime members. There's seems to be quite a bit of indie Christmas horror offerings on there, but bad reviews have kept me from watching most of them.

I wasn't, either. Probably would never have mentioned it had it not been brought up.

So Joe Bob’s marathon is Phantasm 1-4. I was disappointed at first, wanting something explicitly Christmas related, but then I remembered how bad those Silent Night movies were, plus I’ve never marathoned the Phantasm films iirc, so I’m going to try to stay up for it all.

Not sure if it is the horror movie, but I was browsing Amazon Prime this afternoon, and saw MST3K of Jack Frost listed.

I watched that one the other day. Not horror, it’s a Russian fairytale film that doesn’t have much holiday content, but technically counts. Of the several films called Jack Frost, there is at least one horror version.
