Congrats! And with this, I think the animation challenge has officially ended, though I'd love to know what the prize winners picked!

Thanks again to our Sponsors: GoldenWheels and HamiltonBooks!

Thanks to all of you who joined in and I hope to see you all next year!

Re: The 9th Annual Animation Challenge Discussion Thread!

I have sent my information to GoldenWheels, I made three selections. First, I selected Japanese Monster Movies: 8 movies on DVD. I was inspired by the original prize list of Godzilla movies but this is Gamera movies. From what I can tell all of them will qualify for the animation challenge and they will form the basis of one of my watch lists in the future as I have almost finished all of the marvel and dc animated movies to watch. That brings me to my second choice, Marvel Knights 4 pack which happens to have the 2 remaining marvel animated movies that I have not seen. Finally I picked out the guilty pleasure of Tennesse Tuxedo and His Friends, one of my absolute favorites from when I was growing up. I was fortunate to win this time because it reminded me of the great bargains that Hamilton Books has on horror movies. I want to thank them and GoldenWheels for the great prizes and their continued support of the animation challenge and this reminder of where I can go to add some of the movies I need for the Horror Channel!

Thanks for sharing! I love a lot of those old cartoons too. Have to admit, I have not watched Tennessee Tuxedo though. I hope you enjoy!

Thanks again, Goldenwheels!

I liked Tennessee Tuxedo and watched it on Saturday mornings as a kid - but haven't yet added any to my collection. I'm partially afraid it won't hold up.

For my prize, I picked two "Art of..." books: The Art of Frozen & Godzilla: The Art of Destruction. I recently started a small collection of these books and use them to get ideas for sketches and character designs. Thanks again Hamilton Books!!!
