Netflix Problems

For the last two days, I've been unable to add additional DVDs to my Netflix Queue. When I click add, it always comes back with, 'There was an error processing your request.' I don't know if Chrome is having issues or not, or if it is on Netflix's end, but when I first added DVDs to my queue using Chrome, there was no issue at all.

Well, you can try a couple of things...

1) Have you tried turning it off and on again? (heh)
2) Have you tried using a different browser, IE/Firefox/Opera

If you get the same error message in different browsers, then the problem is probably on Netflix's end or it's not the browser it's something about your computer.

Though, if you haven't rebooted your computer and/or closed and re-opened your browser you should do those too.

If it works with Firefox but not Chrome, for instance, the problem is Chrome specific (then you can figure out what exactly is going on with Chrome).

It worked on the PS3 browser

I'm surprised anything worked on the PS3 browser. That thing is a piece of shit.

Sounds like another glitch with Chrome.

Jumping to a different machine does help eliminate Netflix as the issue. Which means it's either Chrome or your pc. Testing different browsers on your pc will help you identify whether it's just Chrome (and it probably is) or some other program or operating system problem that's affecting all your browsers.

I don't have any other browsers on my laptop. I got Chrome when IE quit working months ago, and since I never had any issues with Chrome before now, never got Firefox at all.

Now, you too can have Firefox.

If IE 'quit working' then you probably need to run some cleanup tools like Malwarebytes and CCleaner.

I'd go with a complete reinstall if it's not working. Who knows what else is stuck in there or the damage done.
