IMDB doesn't list Knowing as horror, but it is one terrifying flick. Wild card?

I actually saw this in the theatre when it was first released. This will be fun to re-visit. Which is the purpose of this challenge every year. To have fun.

I just rewatched Demons and I let the credits run and realised I've never seen the bit at the end! That'll teach me for getting impatient and turning off films as soon as the credits start. And what a great film [and ending]. Needed a bit of a boost at this point in the challenge.

Since we are talking about Final Exam, I did get around to watching this last night and I am going to have to disagree.
This totally didn't skew 80s for me. It was very 70s. Also despite being made after Friday the 13th it seemed that they were really stuck on copying Halloween. I do agree on it being unremarkable though. But there was still something likable about that cast. It was dissapointing but ironically I am looking forward to listening to the cast commentary.

Watched the Reincarnation of Isabel again. First time I've seen the blu.
I'd like to cut about 10 mins out of the movie (anything with the girl with the weird eyelashes/comic relief) but the rest is just psycho-delic and wonderful.

With some of these trailers from older films, you might as well count it as watching the whole film.

Saw Dracula Untold last night and have to say it was decent. Not the greatest film in the world but it definitely left me interested for a sequel.
Though what I was subjected to before the movie was far more horrifying than anything I have witnessed so far this month.

Started watching Razorback (1984) last night. This is a pretty wild ride and I'm really liking the bizarre atmosphere. Didn't realize there were camels in Australia.
I started to watch Big Bad Wolves last night as it played at Nevermore this year. It didn't really have the horror vibe so decided to look it up on IMDB. Comedy thriller. Decided to drop it and watch Razorback instead.

Apparently we're supposed to have a ton of them (or maybe that was years ago), but I don't know where they're hiding them coz I've never seen one.

While getting ready to watch John Carpenter's Vampires that I DVRed off of Encore a few days ago, I saw a commercial just before the movie. All day on Halloween, Encore is running a Hellraiser marathon.

OK... all you talking about the "bad" films you've endured. I bet you would be hard pressed to find anything as bad as Blood of Ghastly Horror (1967), a film I watched last night. It has it all: Bad acting, lame script, muddled plot, totally inappropriate music, horrible cinamatography, abysmal foley work, and more. John Carradine is totally wasted, and badly directed, in a superbly lame "Evil Doctor" role delivering extremely cringe worthy dialog, as is Tommy Kirk (Disney kid actor - The Shaggy Dog and more) as a police Sgt. Those two must have really needed a paycheck, or owed some odd favors, to get roped into this mess.
I watched Killer Eye: Halloween Haunt. This plot is about 5 girls that spend 1/4 of the time decorating a house with Full Moon products, which plays out like an infomercial. 1/2 of the film is either watching the girls watch Killer Eye and say how cool it is, or we get a shot of the TV, zoomed in, so we can watch a blurry version of it. The last 1/4 is them taking their tops off and either making out with each other or talking about it.
5 minutes into the film, there's a break in the action and we get the words "65 minutes earlier". Considering this is a 65 minute film and we're already 5 minutes in and we haven't counted the credits, they're off to an amazing start.
I would have stopped it after 5 minutes because you can tell it's never going to pick up and be decent but I have a prop from the film and I wanted to see if I could catch a glimpse of it. Did I? Nope. It's really hard to stay focused on a movie that's putting you to sleep from the start and there's no way I'm watching it again. It already went into my sell pile.

Holy Cow! I finally managed to catch up with the discussion!
Great list BobO'Link and thanks for reposting it. I'm tempted to try this sometime myself. I have a couple of additions though. It may be hard to believe but Captive Jungle Woman had not one but TWO sequels! Jungle Woman was released on 6/1/44 and The Jungle Captive was released on 6/29/45 (I got the release dates from Wikipedia). They share the same main character but Acquanetta isn't in the third one. I don't know about current availability. I have these on commercial VHS tapes.
I'm not sure if you are going for a complete list or just what you have but I figured I'd post this for any completists out there.

There are nine Hellraiser movies?!?!?
I won't be able to watch any movies until the weekend. Last night caught up on a couple of new ones that I heard good things about: The Dead 2 and Afflicted.
The Dead 2 is pretty much just like The Dead ... but in India. Man ... if a zombie apocalypse is going down, I think India is one of the worst places you could possibly be. I'm happy that the Ford Brothers got a breakthrough with these movies and they show a lot of talent. But I'm ready to see them try something else (besides zombies) now.
A few of you have been talking about Afflicted. It's nothing original:
But it's a fast and entertaining movie, provided you can handle more shaky-cam style. I liked how the main characters came across like nice regular guys. Instead of the model-pretty fratboy douches that you know a more mainstream production would've cast. For those that have seen it, here's a question I have from the movie:

Well, I am at 50 total including TV at the midpoint of the month. With so much going on, hitting 100 is going to be difficult but I am really going for it this year. Never been able to accomplish the century mark before but this is much harder than I had anticipated. It's tough having family, friends and a job screwing up my horror watching.

If what I read about Blood of Ghastly Horror is true it's a mashup of at least 2 other, non-horror, films with material filmed specifically to help tie them together and create this one. There's a commentary track by one of the producers which I've read is not bad. He takes the blame for what's on the screen and explains the film a bit. I'm torn as to whether or not I want to give it a shot. He *does* have a short intro to the film but I skipped it as it started with a attempt at humor that, to me, fell flat.

Hellraiser Inferno is a guilty pleasure of mine. I love how abstract and psychological it is; although since Pinhead is a secondary character I can see how that's divisive. I understand the script was altered to force in a Hellraiser premise; still enjoyable. I think most of the Hellraiser sequels are under-rated (except Deader and Revelations, what horrible filth those are).
