Hobbit Unexpected Journey Extended Edition - Blu-Ray + DVD edition?

Is there a version of the extended edition of the Hobbit: Unexpected Journey featuring the Blu-Ray AND DVD in one release? I have a DVD player downstairs and Blu-Ray player upstairs, and would like both discs in one release. I couldn't seem to find one on my own.

Nope. Every extended edition out there are BD / DVD separate editions.
