The Falcon and the Snowman 3/5/13 DVD Anamorphic or not?

Kinda confused on this one. There was an older non-anamorphic DVD released back in 2000 or 2001, and then there's this one. The older one has a predominantly white cover with Timothy and Sean's faces on it and the newer one released on 3/5/13 has a predominant red streak running down the middle of the front cover artwork with Sean and Timothy's faces in a darker silhouette.

Which version is the newer one, as some sites are using the cover photos interchangeably. Just trying to make sure I get an anamorphic DVD.

To further confound things, Amazon only lists one last copy as in stock for each of the two versions, as if it was a closeout or something, and this was well before the 3/5/13 new release date.

Even more oddly, the DVD Talk review featuring the white cover version specifically mentions that the title is non-anamorphic, yet the back artwork as featured on Amazon for this version seems to indicate that it is enhanced for widescreen TVs.

Am I just being daft? Please forgive me, but this one has me stumped.

Thanks.

I have this version and it is anamorphic widescreen.
