Thanks again for hosting the Challenge! My list and checklist (completed) are both finalized. Including my stats here for convenience. Looking forward to next year. (I emailed about my prize donation, did you get it?)

I averaged a little better than one feature per day, so I was satisfied with the number of movies that I watched during this challenge. I expected to watch a few more, but as it worked out I began with Sherlock Holmes (1922) and finished with The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes (1939). I watched movies from twelve different countries and from each decade from the 1920s to the 2010s. Again, I could have done a bit better, but was satisfied.
I have been continuing in a similar vein during the Drive-in/Exploitation/B-Movie Challenge, where one of my primary goals is to finish the Rathbone/Bruce Sherlock Holmes movies. I tend to think of the two 1930s movies as A movies, and the twelve 1940s movies as B movies.
The highlights for me were L.A. Confidential, Purple Noon, In Bruges and Devil in a Blue Dress.
I hope this challenge will continue and participation will grow.

Yes, big thanks for hosting this challenge!
I did manage to squeeze in my main goal of watching all the Bond films on Blu-ray (exception being the '54 TV movie), but unfortunately life got in way the second half of the month and I failed miserably at catching all the supplemental material and hitting at least 50 films.
My list is finalized, BTW.

Finalized both lists. The only problem I had was categorizing which country to put Game of Thrones in. Eventually listed it as UK since it is primarily shot in the UK and most of the actors starring in it are British.

Finalized my list. Added first-time viewing designations. Did a mini-checklist with formats and decades only, since I didn't watch with the rest of the checklist in mind.
Surprised that more than half was from the 1990s-2010s, with the 2010s getting the most of any decade. Usually most of my viewing in these challenges is from the 1940s-70s. What happened here is that I watched Pokemon and Power Rangers on cable when I could and watched some recent anime and recent Japanese sentai (original Power Rangers) episodes, so those beefed up the 2010s.
It was fun watching some old-school kung fu again, and old-school samurai. I'm going to try watching more of those for the B-Movie Challenge.

Thanks for running the challenge, Trevor!
My goals on page 1 were:
For the record, I watched exactly zero of those titles. I got Looper, 21 Jump Street (returned unwatched), and Expendables 2 from Netflix the final week of March then left them on the table (literally, since I get the physical discs) while I was watching free HBO/Cinemax on demand. No regrets, though: I watched the complete first season of Banshee during the window, and can always rerent the movies.
My list is numbered; if I have time tonight, I'll sort by format.

I made a valiant attempt to completely finish the checklist (directors & actors) with discrete items, but didn't quite make it... although I came close!
I couldn't bonus features as bonus features, and only the main films (and episodes*) as individual items.
With our Internet connection only working occasionally on the laptop (iPad and PlayStation have no problem... I blame AT&T), it became too difficult to keep a good track of dates and times, so I ignored the year for the most part. Which I regret, and might look up at some point, but it was largely unavoidable.
TOTAL ITEMS: 139
TV episodes: 46**
Serial: 1
Films: 82
Silent Shorts: 10
NEWLY-WATCHED FILMS: 70
There is - so far as I can find - nothing to watch from the 1880s. I strongly suspect that I watched things under every rating possible - I doubled up on "Hays Unapproved"! - except probably 'unrated post-code', but again it was tough to keep track at the time, and tougher in retrospect. Without a little fudging or doubling up (which is fine, obviously, but I don't like to - particularly when I had something in mind but ran out of time!) I may have missed some of subgenres (serial killer, Italian crime, etc.). I missed six directors - two of which were late additions (boo, hiss) and not part of my Master Plan, a couple of which I may shuffle into the B/E/D challenge, if I think about them. I missed Sonny Chiba and Jet Li and was particularly unhappy not to get to Top Gun, True Grit and M:I IV from the "25 Best" under-list.
More annoyingly, coming into the challenge - i.e. before I saw and got hooked by the immense lists of actors and directors - I had hoped to catch up on TV: Mentalist, Castle, Burn Notice, White Collar, Covert Affairs, etc. And I didn't watch even a single episode of any of them...
Some good, some bad, only one or two that were dire and a lot that were simply mindless. Not as many Sherlocks or Musketeers as I'd hoped, but more than I expected!
*With minor fudging for the children's shows that are two parts in one... there was a method to my madness, and I feel justified in combining some and not others.
**Plus many parts, a couple of repeats and probably a few I just forgot to write down. Nothing terribly important, though.

Like I said though, I'll probably be watching it again next season. I knew it wasn't great TV or anything when I started watching it, and it's an okay way to waste an hour (well, 40-some minutes) now and then. Plus, there's Emily Rose.

My list is all wrapped up and finalized! I ended up with 172 entries which is a lot more than I intended.
Breakdown
What a wonderful challenge! Lots of good discussions. I got through quite a bit of my James Bond set as well as a lot of television box sets.
Thanks to Trevor for arranging this shindig!

Seconded on the discussion front - I'm glad I've been able to find/make time to participate more time to comment these last couple of months.
I'm also, thanks to all the comments, even more disheartened that my pleas for a Bond 50 Christmas present went unheeded...

my list is finished. I loved loved loved this challenge more than I had hoped - it really helps that for this challenge everything counted: trailers, featurettes, tv shows, short films, music videos etc, etc., I had a blast with this.

Re: The 2nd Annual DVDTalk Action/Adventure/Crime/Mystery Challenge - March 2013
I finally took the time to finish up my stats. I was able to finish the required checklist along with all decades and all ratings and extras in most other categories without using any duplications. My 1880's movie was accordian player which may not technically qualify but was the only one I could find that might be able to be stretched to qualify. I was able to finish 2 of my goals (doing the required checklist without duplications and clearing a bunch of movies off of my DVR). I fell a little short of my goal of 95% new watches with only 93%, but that was because I added a couple of rewatches at the end. Trevor did a wonderful job on the challenge as always, and I really look forward to it again next year. Turner Classic Movies HD remains my go-to source for viewing (almost 50%) and the 1960's was again my favorite decade for watching (if you don't count tv episodes which skews things). I've added other various stats under the spoiler tag!

Still... I thought that at one point I'd read that nothing much survived/s from the 1880s, so it's definitely worth finding out that things do - even if it might not strictly be terribly adventurous fare!

Re: The 2nd Annual DVDTalk Action/Adventure/Crime/Mystery Challenge - March 2013
Here's a "heads up" for material to use next year...
I just came from Target where I found:
Dark Crimes - 50 Movie Set
and
Mystery Classics 50 Movie Pack Collection
Bundled together in a side-by-side package (like those you see at WM) called "Greatest Mystery Classics" for $12.99! The "regular" price according to the shelf tag is $19.99. I've been waiting for both to hit the magic $10 price point at Amazon but this is much better...
All links are to Amazon with the bundle being all MP but it shows a photo of the package.
