Night Gallery Season 1 insert?

I just bought Night Gallery - Season 1. When you open it up, there is a slot on the left side for a booklet, but it was empty. Was a booklet/insert supposed to come with the set? Thanks.

Mine just had a fold out flyer of other Universal DVD releases, and I bought it years ago when it first came out.

Yup, I got it on release day and it just has an ad for other Uni titles, TV guide offer, etc.
