Rescue Me CS Packaging problems????

Anyone pick this up yet? I have read that the packaging is "Horrible" But no one mentions scratched discs!!!. Any info would be appreciated-

It's basically a book that opens up with a spindle on each side and comes with an outer slip case. All of the discs are on top of each other. Pretty much like all of Sony's other bargain complete series. I didn't look at every disc yet but the first few were ok.

There are a lot of series that I refuse to buy because of this substandard packaging.

This is a Sony trademark isnt it? Dawsons Creek, Newsradio, Married With Children complete series sets have this issue dont they?
