Disc stain?

Hey everyone, I just ordered a DVD from an Amazon seller(it was new), and I noticed some discoloration on the reflective surface of the disc. Have any of you guys gotten discs like this? (here's a picture of it -> tinypic.com/view.php?pic=t8axjn&s=6(the discoloration is toward the center of the disc)). I haven't put it in my dvd player yet, so I don't know if it effects playback or not, just curious if anyone else has seen this.

I have some discs like that. They work and haven't failed me yet.

I have seen hundreds of discs that have come from various pressing plants that have the same discoloration or "puddles" in the texture and they work just fine.
