The only extra material will be deleted scenes, and outtakes.
Considering the international blu-ray releases have a 2-hour making-of documentary, this is highly disappointing. I went ahead with the UK Blu-ray of this. I wonder why Sony US is forgoing the [REC] movies in HD.

I wonder the same thing. I've been tempted to import [Rec]1-2 but am waiting for the full 4 film series (maybe then we'll get a US blu). [Rec] seemed to get a lot of attention so I'm surprised there's not a high definition release in the US yet.
