Anyone know if the SD set of this title has the short documentary that the BD has???

I don't know for a fact, but since Shout is putting it out and their focus seems to be DVD first and Blu where it might make some money, it would stand to reason that the doc is on there. More to the point, I don't recall Shout creating any Blu exclusive content thus far for any release.
