Re: DVD Talk New-To-DVD Theatrical Release and Discussion Thread

DVDWORLDUSA is a BS site with wrong Dates constantly. they originally had Bridesmaids on sept 5th, which was a monday.

they also have Hangover II listed as 10/11 when it was announced by warner that its Dec 6th

also have Green Lantern as 10/4 which they also have X-men First Class Listed as . Neither studio has that date penciled, warner bros is listing Oct 25th for Green Lantern and Fox has 11/1 listed for First Class.

Super 8 as of my last meeting is scheduled for 11/8 But that could change.

Re: DVD Talk New-To-DVD Theatrical Release and Discussion Thread

Actually, I wouldn't doubt the October 18th release, because apparently Blu-Ray.com has confirmed Super 8 for October 18th as well.

EDIT:

Not only Blu-Ray.com, but it has been confirmed by DVDTown.com too.

Sometimes When one BS site posts a Date, several others follow. so there is a good chance that When DVDworldUSA posted the date of Oct 8th for Super 8. other sites like DVDTown also did. but dont worry, the date is scheduled for announcement mid august.

also I cannot elbaroate whats going on with Pirates, however I can tell you that a date is set and it will be announced shortly

Any word on Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides coming on Standard DVD Disc? Or is it just the Combo Packs?

I still don't see any pre-order for it.

Re: DVD Talk New-To-DVD Theatrical Release and Discussion Thread

well it looks like Thor's Sept 13th date is gonna stick

why did they move away from the 27th, why did Pirates move away from the 20th

Well lets just say, two of summers biggest movies may have found new dates in late sept.

I'm pretty sure X-Men: First Class is one of them.
