Not just the 3D, but Blu-ray.com has listed three versions of blu-ray releases of Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides for September 20th. Also videoeta.com has moved Pirates of Caribbean: On Stranger Tides from October 2011 release to September 2011 release. Thus, giving the indication that September 20th date maybe correct.

also I have on good authority that Scream 4 is now being moved to Oct, as it will be the only Suspense/Horror movie coming out that month, aside from the normal B movie Crap that goes DTD

Also. A lot of you want to know the deal with pirates......Well YES it is in fact Sept 20th. I was unable to talk about it because we were really not sure about its offical date, but it looks like that is going to stick

Hey Mvieguy, I have a question for you. Will Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides be released on Standard DVD version? Because amazon has every version of it up for pre-order, but the standalone DVD.

And also, any word on Fast Five and Thor?

Isnt thor so far 9/27? If tht date sticks it will have the same theatrical to dvd time line (5/7/10-9/28/10 for iron man 2 and 5/6/11-9/27/11 for thor)

Any chance that we could see Bridesmaids in late August? I think it was released in early May, so that would be 3 months. Or is it going to be a September release? Could the unexpected success of the film in theaters push it back any further than Sept? It's going to be a long wait either way.

I think it will depend on whats going on with Fast Five or if Universal still has DVD Distribution rights for Bridesmaids on DVD. Relativity Media is the distributer, and they have already used Fox to release Take me home Tonight, Season of the Witch and The Warriors way, all which were released in theatres by Universal (I think Lions Gate for Witch) and then released on DVD by Fox.

so Bridesmaids could end up as a Fox title. if thats the case, more then Likely will end up in Sept
